Manage the staff of the human resource department.
Manage Employee Relations matters, including responses to employee concerns,
investigations, and disciplinary actions, and implement conflict resolution fairly and
consistently.

Work in collaboration with field managers, Regional leaders and all other assigned
employees to provide interpretation and guidance regarding HR policies, legal and
compliance matters, and federal and state labor laws.
Review and assist managers in drafting corrective action, performance improvement,
and termination documentation as requested.
Investigate employee calls in a timely manner with assistance from appropriate internal
management. Provide recommendations while documenting actions taken. Escalate
sensitive or critical issues.
Review exit interviews, analyze data and make recommendations to the management
team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
Facilitate or provide training on employment law, manager training, anti-harassment
and discrimination and new-hire orientation sessions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including Equal Employment
Opportunity (EEO), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and American Disabilities Act as
Amended (ADAAA) to ensure the uniform and equitable treatment of employees.
Collaborate with organizational partners as appropriate, including but not limited to,
Corporate Counsel, Corporate Compliance Officer, Clinical Services, Operations, etc.
regarding interpretation of policies as affected by state and federal laws.
Review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct, Ethics Agreement and all
applicable company policies and procedures, local, state and federal laws and
regulations.
Review and maintain Policy and Procedure manual and Employee Handbook to ensure
legal compliance and operational consistency.
Responsible for Affirmative Action and EEO-1 planning and annual reporting.
Review and approve HR related invoices to ensure billing accuracy and contract
compliance.
Manage and track employee addendums, including bonuses, evaluations, and
accommodations.
Responsible for maintenance of i-9s and immigration-related processes and documents,
serving as primary contact to company’s immigration attorney.
Responsible for administration of Worker’s Compensation Program and vendors.
Responsible for maintaining labor law posters across all Company facilities.
Responsible for safety and security related issues involving OSHA.
Provide reports as needed from HRIS, such a termination reports, board reports, exit
interview reports, others as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned.
