PRIME BPO is seeking a highly experienced, professional individual to join our team as an HR Manager. The role requires managing all core HR functions including recruitment, payroll, attendance, compliance, and employee relations in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities (HR Management Role)

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and ISO compliance
  • Oversee payroll processing, compensation, and employee benefits administration
  • Manage employee attendance, leaves, and shift scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
  • Coordinate performance management processes and employee evaluations
  • Conduct HR audits and ensure ISO and internal compliance standards are maintained
  • Work closely with department heads to fulfill hiring and operational needs
  • Develop employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Supervise HR staff and ensure smooth departmental operations

Required Qualifications

  • MBA in HR – Mandatory
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR Management
  • Strong knowledge of Core HR functions (Payroll, Attendance, Recruitment, Compliance)
  • Experience with HR software, CRM, and HR management systems
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented
  • Experience in BPO industry will be preferred
