We are seeking a highly organized, firm, and proactive HR Manager to oversee our office operations and human capital. This role is not just about administration; it is about building a culture of accountability. You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle—from expert recruitment to the implementation of rigorous performance tracking systems.
Based at our office near Wapda Town, Lahore, you will ensure the office runs like a well-oiled machine while managing a diverse team supporting construction, interiors, and maintenance projects.
Core Responsibilities
- Performance Management & Systems: Design, develop, and implement a robust Work Tracking System. You will be responsible for daily progress checks and the objective evaluation of every employee’s output.
- Recruitment Expertise: Lead the end-to-end hiring process. This includes sourcing top-tier talent, conducting multi-stage interviews, and performing background checks for technical and office roles.
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional environment, managing supplies, and coordinating between departments.
- Calendar & Compliance Planning: Master the company calendar—scheduling annual vacations, organizing corporate events, and managing holiday rotations.
- Payroll & Attendance: Rigorous tracking of daily attendance, late arrivals, and overtime. You will prepare accurate monthly salary sheets and performance-based bonus structures.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce company SOPs, ensuring all employees adhere to professional conduct and safety standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in HR Management, preferably within the Construction, Engineering, or Architecture sectors.
- System Development: Proven ability to create or implement tracking tools (e.g., using ERPs, specialized HR software, or advanced custom Excel trackers).
- Recruitment Prowess: Ability to identify "A-players" and conduct high-level competency-based interviews.
- Firm Leadership: A balanced personality—empathetic to employee needs but firm on discipline and productivity standards.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in HRIS tools, MS Office (specifically Excel for payroll), and digital communication platforms.
