We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions and supporting business growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR within Saudi Arabia
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
  • Experience in hiring processes, documentation, and employee onboarding
  • Familiarity with government portals and HR-related paperwork
  • Arabic speaker (mandatory)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation structures
  • Support organizational development and training initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
