HR Manager

Shayan Solutions is looking for an HR Manager.

About the Role
We are a fast-growing software house and we need an HR Manager who can own the people side of the business end to end. This is not a paper-pushing role. You will be the bridge between leadership and the team, enforcing policies with fairness, managing the hiring pipeline proactively, and ensuring that the organisation runs with discipline and respect.

What You Will Own

• Communicate company policies clearly and ensure they are followed consistently across the team
• Manage leaves, attendance, and spot patterns of misuse before they become habits
• Convey management decisions to the team in a way that lands well and gets buy-in
• Own the full hiring cycle: writing job descriptions, screening, interviewing, and onboarding on time
• Handle payroll coordination and benefits administration with accuracy
• Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues
• Maintain clean, accurate employee records in digital format
• Support systematic performance reviews and staff development

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of HR experience in a software house or tech company (non-negotiable)
• Someone who has actually enforced policies, not just written them
• Strong communicator who can deliver difficult messages without conflict escalating
• Excellent judgment on when to be firm and when to be flexible
• Discreet, ethical, and consistent

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
