We are building a strong, value-driven workplace and are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our people operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, structured, and people-focused HR Manager who can take ownership of the entire HR function — from hiring and performance management to discipline, culture building, and employee engagement.

This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with strong execution.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process
  • Hire quality talent aligned with company values
  • Design and improve onboarding experience

Performance Management

  • Lead quarterly performance evaluations
  • Work closely with HODs and Team Leads on performance tracking
  • Implement improvement plans where required

HR Operations

  • Manage attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and policies
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
  • Maintain employee records and documentation

Culture & Discipline

  • Enforce company policies and maintain discipline on the floor
  • Drive a professional, respectful, and performance-oriented culture
  • Handle employee concerns and conflict resolution

Training & Development

  • Plan and execute training sessions for TLs and HODs
  • Identify skill gaps and work on team development

Policy Development & Compliance

  • Develop and implement HR policies
  • Ensure alignment with legal and organizational requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and performance management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and make independent decisions
  • Strong sense of ownership, discipline, and accountability
  • Experience with HR software/tools is a plus
