ELEVATE launched their inaugural project in the UAE in November 2025 - a 1.8 Billion AED beachfront branded residences development on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. Guided by five core pillars - Health, Wellness, Tribe, Purpose, and Flow - ELEVATE goes beyond building homes to craft environments that inspire a more intentional way of living.
Key Responsibilities Labour Law & Compliance
- Ensure all contracts, policies, and procedures comply with UAE Labour Law (Federal Law No. 33 of 2021).
- Manage visa, work permit and residency processes. Handle disciplinaries, grievances and terminations.
- Keep HR records audit ready at all times.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Design and run a structured onboarding programme for every new hire.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts and joining documents.
- Coordinate IT setup and first day logistics. Set 30/60/90 day check ins and probation reviews.
Payroll & Settlements
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time (WPS compliant).
- Manage end of service gratuity calculations, deductions, allowances and full & final settlements for departing employees.
- Liaise with finance for payroll reconciliation.
KPI Design & Performance Management
- Collaborate with department heads to define clear, measurable KPIs.
- Build and run performance review cycles end to end.
- Link performance outcomes to compensation and career development.
Leave & Attendance
- Maintain the leave management system.
- Track attendance, enforce leave policy fairly, and produce monthly leave balance reports for managers.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs, coordinate programmes, maintain individual development plans (IDPs) and track training ROI.
Recruitment Support
- Write job descriptions and post on relevant channels.
- Screen applications and coordinate interviews.
- Manage offer negotiation and build a talent pipeline.
Off boarding
- Conduct structured exit interviews, handle visa cancellations and clearance letters, disburse final settlements, and analyse attrition trends.
HR Policies & Culture
- Own the Employee Handbook.
- Be the first point of contact for all employee queries.
- Drive team engagement and recognition programmes.
Qualifications & Requirements Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
- 5+ years of broad HR experience - ideally as a solo or lead HR professional
- Deep knowledge of UAE Labour Law (Federal Law No. 33 of 2021)
- Proven hands on payroll processing experience (WPS or equivalent)
- Experience calculating end of service gratuity and full & final settlements
- Proficiency with an HRMS / leave management system
- Experience designing and running performance management frameworks
- Strong MS Office / Google Workspace skills (especially Excel/Sheets)
Nice to Have
- CIPD, SHRM or equivalent HR certification
- Experience in a startup or SME environment
- Familiarity with UAE visa and immigration processes
- Experience building HR processes and policies from scratch
- Exposure to HR data analytics or dashboard tools
- Arabic language skills (spoken and/or written)
