HR Operations Manager (Remote – Night Shift - Pakistan)

Role Summary

We need a disciplined HR operator to run day-to-day people operations. This role is execution-heavy. You will manage hiring, payroll coordination, employee tracking, and performance monitoring across a remote and U.S. team.

You will not define strategy. You will execute, track, and enforce.

Key Responsibilities1. Hiring & Talent Pipeline

  • Post job listings and manage applications
  • Screen candidates and schedule interviews
  • Maintain a ready pool of pre-qualified candidates
  • Coordinate hiring from start to onboarding

2. Employee Operations

  • Run onboarding and orientation process
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation
  • Manage probation tracking and confirmations
  • Handle terminations with proper documentation

3. Performance Tracking

  • Track daily EOD reports from all team members
  • Monitor KPIs, targets, and assigned tasks
  • Maintain weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Flag underperformance and attendance issues

4. Attendance & Payroll Coordination

  • Track attendance, leaves, holidays, and working hours
  • Prepare payroll data accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with management for payroll approvals

5. Communication & Discipline

  • Manage internal communication channels (Telegram, etc.)
  • Ensure team compliance with reporting systems
  • Conduct basic HR meetings and follow-ups

6. Systems & Access Control

  • Set up employee accounts (email, CRM, tools)
  • Maintain login records and access permissions
  • Handle offboarding and access removal

Requirements

  • 3+ years HR or operations experience (remote team preferred)
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple roles and candidates
  • Experience with hiring platforms and ATS systems
  • Strong follow-up and enforcement mindset
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, tracking tools, and CRM systems

Preferred

  • Experience managing remote teams (US + overseas)
  • Experience in construction, signage, or project-based companies
  • Understanding of KPI tracking and performance systems
