HR Manager

Responsibilities

Charterhouse is working with one of the regions most prestigious 5 Star hotels who are looking to hire an experienced HR Manager for one of their established properties. You will be leading a team of six direct reports and reporting into the HR Director. You will also be providing leadership, direction and guidance in all areas of HR Management.

This role will be heavily focused around succession planning, performance Management as well as championing achievement of goals for the HR Division. You will be involved in developing policies and procedures, developing a HR manual for your division and managing the complete recruitment and selection process. You will be involved in overseeing the expatriate employment contracts and all aspects of compensation and benefits. This would include formulating total compensation packages, proposing and implementing a compensation and benefits system as well as developing job descriptions and job analysis when required.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess a minimum of four years previous luxury hospitality experience within a 5 Star property with a minimum of 500 employees and ideally you should have previous UAE regional experience. You should be able to multi task and be able to work both operational and strategically as well as be hands on in your approach. Preference will be given to candidates from a multi property background.
