HR Manager

CabCall Experts is a rapidly growing company in the transportation and call center industry, delivering high-quality dispatch and customer support solutions. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our people strategy and strengthen our workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
• Handle onboarding, training coordination, and retention strategies
• Lead disciplinary processes and conflict resolution professionally
• Maintain HR records, reporting, and analytics

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the BPO / Call Center industry
• Strong understanding of recruitment cycles and high-volume hiring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to handle employee relations and performance issues
• Hands-on experience with HR systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
