Role Overview

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR operations. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to support organizational growth through effective people management strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
  • Develop hiring strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation

HR Operations

  • Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and employee benefits

Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment
  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
  • Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives

Performance Management & Training

  • Implement performance appraisal systems and monitor employee performance
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs
  • Support career growth and succession planning initiatives

Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with management on organizational planning and workforce needs

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, including managerial responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/systems
