American Lycetuff DNK School System is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join its Head Office in Garden Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all Human Resources functions across the organization, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead performance management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Coordinate training, professional development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Prepare HR reports, analyses, and recommendations for senior management.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations across all campuses and departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant HR management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
