Salary

AED 4,500 – AED 8,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead all human resources operations in a fast-paced call center environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Candidates with Forex industry experience will have a distinct advantage. Applicants with experience in any call center/BPO environment are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee onboarding, confirmations, and offboarding.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Monitor employee performance and support departmental managers.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare management reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
• Forex industry experience is a strong advantage.
• Candidates with experience in any call center are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS software.
