Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with in-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law to lead and manage all human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, HR compliance, and ensuring all HR operations comply with UAE labour regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, and exit formalities.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and company HR policies.
  • Handle employment contracts, offer letters, visa documentation, labour contracts, and employee records.
  • Coordinate with PROs regarding employment visas, labour cards, Emirates ID, medical insurance, and employee documentation.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and end-of-service benefits.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, warnings, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and implement employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other legal requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports, maintain HRIS records, and provide management with HR analytics.
  • Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, visa processes, and employment compliance.
  • Experience handling payroll, employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

  • Excellent understanding of UAE labour regulations and compliance.
  • Experience in handling audits and HR documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Professional, ethical, and confidential in handling employee matters.
