We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR operations and drive strategic initiatives at our Indore office.

Requirements:

✔ 5–7 years of HR experience (IT industry preferred)

✔ Strong knowledge of HR processes, performance management & compliance.

✔ Excellent communication, leadership & decision-making skills

✔Build and implement HR strategies & policies

✔Manage KPI-based appraisal cycles

✔Handle payroll, compensation planning & statutory compliance

✔Strengthen employer branding & retention strategies

✔Mentor and guide junior HR team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
