- Must be Fluent in English & Manage end-to-end HR operations for international offices, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and compliance.
- Ensure uniformity and standardization of HR policies across all overseas locations, aligned with corporate strategy and local labor laws.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Overseas Directors for manpower planning, budgeting, and organizational structure.
- Oversee expatriate and mobility programs, including visa processing, onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Support implementation of HR digitalization initiatives and data integration across systems (HRIS/ERP).
- Lead talent acquisition and succession planning for key international roles.
- Provide strategic insights and analytics to support business decisions and leadership development.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee matters.
