Job Purpose:
To ensure that all HR and labor-related statutory, regulatory, and company compliance requirements are effectively implemented and maintained. The HR Manager (Compliance) oversees adherence to employment laws, manages audits, and supports policy formulation to maintain a compliant and ethical workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Statutory & Legal Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements under Acts such as:
- Factories Act / Shops & Establishments Act
- Minimum Wages Act
- Payment of Wages Act
- Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) & Employees’ State Insurance (ESI)
- Gratuity Act, Bonus Act, Maternity Benefit Act, etc.
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and returns as per government norms.
- Liaise with labor departments, auditors, and other statutory authorities for inspections and submissions.
2. Policy Development & Implementation
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and company standards.
- Ensure all HR practices (recruitment, termination, benefits, etc.) comply with applicable labor laws.
- Conduct periodic compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate non-compliance areas.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and updated documentation for all compliance-related activities.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports to management.
- Ensure vendor and contractor compliance with labor laws and company requirements.
4. Employee Relations & Communication
- Provide guidance to employees and management on labor laws, disciplinary actions, and compliance-related issues.
- Support HR in grievance handling, disciplinary proceedings, and domestic inquiries.
- Create awareness and conduct training sessions on compliance and ethical practices.
5. Coordination with External Agencies
- Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and government authorities for statutory inspections and audits.
- Ensure timely remittance and filing of statutory returns (PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: MBA / PGDM in HR, or Master’s in Labor Laws / Industrial Relations
- Experience: 5–10 years of experience in HR Compliance, preferably in manufacturing or multi-location setups

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
