The Company is an International Real Estate Builders & Developers handling U.S. clients and having 150+ employees working over there.

Key Responsibilities:
Job Role: Manager HR

Responsibilities:
-Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead end-to-end hiring, build pipelines, workforce planning.
-Onboarding & Training Systems: Structured onboarding, 30-day training programs, Day 1 readiness, onboarding tracking.
-Performance Management: Implement KPIs, scorecards, weekly reviews,improvement plans.
-HR Operations & Compliance: Manage lifecycle, policies, documentation,employee relations.
-Culture & Leadership Support: Build performance-driven culture,leadership support, retention.
-Reporting & Governance: Maintain dashboards, HR reports, performance insights.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM - Evening Shift
Location: DHA, Karachi
