HR Manager – Construction Company (Pan-India): Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and manage manpower for projects across India
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate, site staff, and labor
- Ensure compliance with central and state labor laws (PF, ESI, CLRA, BOCW, Minimum Wages, etc.)
- Manage payroll, compensation, and statutory deductions
- Oversee industrial relations, labor contractors, and grievance handling
- Coordinate performance appraisals and employee engagement
- Manage HR operations, MIS, and HR policies across locations
- Travel to project sites for audits, compliance, and issue resolution

Pay: ₹15,312.05 - ₹37,895.32 per month
