The ideal candidate will support daily operations, assist sales activities, and contribute to a professional and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & HR Administration

• Lead, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure high performance.
• Manage staff attendance sheet and staff payroll
• Staff sourcing and training
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Promote a positive work culture and facilitate collaboration across teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in HR or management roles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with operational tools, ERP systems, and MS Office.
• Proven experience in managing teams and improving processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
