HR MANAGER IN REAL ESTATE / DEVELOPER

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the company's human resources functions, ensuring the implementation of effective HR strategies, policies, and best practices. The ideal candidate will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR compliance while supporting the organization's growth and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee induction.

Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies, performance, and disciplinary matters.

Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.

Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and all applicable employment regulations.

Manage payroll coordination, employee records, leave administration, and HR documentation.

Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee performance and career growth.

Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

Support organizational development, succession planning, and workforce planning.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR best practices, and employment regulations.

Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.

Experience in the Developer or real estate industry is preferred.

Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
