HR Manager, Innovation, Technology & Quality - International, North America Foodservice (NAF), Nutrition, Technology & Science (NTS)

As HR Manager for Int’l, NAF, NTS & M&A leaders and teams, you will serve as HR Business Partner to four ITQ Senior Leadership Team leaders; partnering to advance key priorities across a diverse set of businesses and teams – at scale, globally. You will also serve as HR lead for ITQ wide priorities including scaling ITQ’s Advantage Capabilities ecosystem framework and partnering globally to advance and refine our HR global ways of working. Additional strategic priorities will be determined based on business needs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Primary HR Business Partner to four ITQ SLT leaders across two Segments and 2 Core Capability areas - International, NAF, Nutrition, Technology & Science (NTS) and M&A driving business outcomes using consulting agility, change management expertise, and business acumen.
- Partner with senior leaders to translate current and future business needs into an effective and integrated HR plan.
- Provide HR expertise and leadership to advance workforce planning, organization design and effectiveness, talent management and other key people & organization levers.

HRBP lead for function wide priorities including scaling ITQ Advantage Capabilities ecosystem framework in partnership with Talent lead and advancing HR global ways of working with key HR partners and stakeholders.

Lead and execute Mergers Acquisitions & Divestitures for any impacted businesses within client groups in partnership with M&A HR Center of Excellence.
- Coach and influence business leaders to maximize individual and team performance

Leverage data and internal/external benchmarking to develop solutions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 5+ years of related experience
- Quickly instills trust and builds relationships

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters in Human Resources/Industrial Relations or MBA preferred

Experience working with teams or on projects that extend outside the US, demonstrating cultural agility

This position is located in Minneapolis. Relocation support will be offered to applicants within the United States.
