You have to ensure that your daily POA (Plan of Action) is shared within the HR Whatsapp group and before leaving the office for the day, you ensure all your daily tasks are complete.
Setting up end-to-end HR policies, implementation, follow-ups, and filing system of each employee done in tandem with company lawyers' standards.
Hiring and setting up an HR team with stable and clear KRA's and roles defined for each team member - ensuring credibility in performance and job role - The same needs to be done within the first 45 days of your working.
Ensuring a Talent requisition system is set through which - we allocate, discover, and create a bank of eligible candidates always available for the company's needs in all departments.
Salary sheets, attendance, and company overtime are to be handled solely by you and your team.
All new talents are to be given proper induction and understanding of company policies.
Design and execute the employee engagement program, and events.
Offering counseling services to employees and managing grievance redressal for employees and associates.
Working closely with employees to manage town hall events, birthdays and anniversaries, and other engagement events and programs from planning to execution.
Plan and manage the organization structure and Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development sessions
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks around performance management
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
Additional responsibilities :
Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations
Lead the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements.
Drafting HR policies and SOPs for execution and adherence within the organization.
Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs
Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of the HR department and company
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
ensure compliance with labour regulations.
Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
support employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures when necessary.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
