The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting all HR functions and ensuring smooth operations within the department. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labour laws. The HR Executive will act as a key liaison between employees and the HR department, handling various administrative and operational tasks to promote a productive and supportive work environment.
1. Recruitment & On boarding
· Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
· Assist with conducting interviews and providing support during selection.
· Facilitate new employee onboarding and ensure they have a smooth transition into the company.
2. Compliance & Policies:
· Ensure that the organization complies with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.
· Assist in the development, review, and implementation of company policies and procedures.
· Support the HR department with audits and legal documentation
· Use job portals, social media, campus drives, recruitment agencies,
· and internal databases to proactively build a talent pipeline.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20000 - ₹40,000.00 per month
