Hossam Pharmacies is a leading pharmacy group dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services and trusted pharmaceutical care to our customers. We are expanding and looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team and support our mission of excellence and integrity in all branches.

Position Overview:

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources across our pharmacy branches — including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This role plays a key part in developing a motivated, skilled, and customer-focused workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for pharmacy staff.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage employee performance, attendance, and professional licensing renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and health and safety standards.
  • Handle payroll coordination and employee benefits.
  • Build a positive workplace culture and address employee relations issues.
  • Provide HR reports and insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmacy or healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or similar) is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£40,000.00 - E£60,000.00 per month
