  • Employee relations: Handle employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary actions. Advise management on policies and procedures.
  • Compensation and benefits: Administer payroll, benefits (like health insurance), and compensation packages. Conduct salary negotiations and performance reviews.
  • Performance management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, identify training needs, and facilitate employee development initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations by developing and updating policies.
  • HR strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Data management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including physical and digital files.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • HR: 8 years (Preferred)
  • Payroll management: 8 years (Preferred)
