HR Manager – Real Estate Brokerage (Dubai)
We are hiring a results-driven HR Manager to build and scale the HR function of our real estate company. This role focuses on recruitment, agent performance, retention, and measurable revenue contribution — not just administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard high-performing real estate agents.
- Build a structured onboarding and training system.
- Implement KPIs and performance tracking.
- Improve agent retention and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour law.
Requirements
- 4–6 years HR experience, minimum 2–3 years in a Dubai real estate brokerage.
- Minimum 2 consecutive years in previous company (stability required).
- Proven, measurable impact:
- % increase in retention achieved.
- % revenue growth supported through recruitment/mentorship.
- Number of agents successfully recruited and developed.
- Strong understanding of commission structures and brokerage models.
- KPI-driven, performance-oriented mindset.
Compensation includes base salary + performance-based bonus linked to recruitment quality, retention, and revenue impact.
