HR Executive Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that the company HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved.
  • To assist in all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, performance management, staff discipline, and HR administration.
  • Record day to day HR related activity
  • Generate and record employees attendance and disciplines
  • Follow up on communication between company and employee
  • Carry out payroll processing in specific dead lines
  • Perform employee engagement
  • Monitor employee account details, delayed entry to office and other
  • irregularities.
  • Research and resolve employee behaviors
  • Follow established procedures for Employee Re imbursements
  • personally
  • Assist with month-end closing
  • Collect data and prepare monthly metrics
  • Assist on Statutory regulations (ESI, PF, PT and labour act)
  • Ensure the monthly and quarterly employee activities are performed in a
  • timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain employee personnel records.
  • Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
