HR Executive Duties and Responsibilities:
- To ensure that the company HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved.
- To assist in all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, performance management, staff discipline, and HR administration.
- Record day to day HR related activity
- Generate and record employees attendance and disciplines
- Follow up on communication between company and employee
- Carry out payroll processing in specific dead lines
- Perform employee engagement
- Monitor employee account details, delayed entry to office and other
- irregularities.
- Research and resolve employee behaviors
- Follow established procedures for Employee Re imbursements

- Assist with month-end closing
- Collect data and prepare monthly metrics
- Assist on Statutory regulations (ESI, PF, PT and labour act)
- Ensure the monthly and quarterly employee activities are performed in a
- timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain employee personnel records.
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
