About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Management / HR Intern to support our human resources and administrative functions. This role offers exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, and general office management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes including posting job openings, shortlisting resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Help maintain HR records and employee databases.
  • Support administrative tasks and internal communications.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn.
