Job Title: Business Developer (Telesales – US Market)

Company: Engineering Services Company
Location: New Cairo
Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (aligned with US time zones)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our growing engineering company. This role focuses primarily on telesales and client acquisition within the US market, targeting potential clients and converting leads into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the United States
  • Present and promote the company’s engineering services professionally
  • Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Experience in telesales, business development, or sales (preferably targeting US clients) is a plus
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work during US-aligned hours (2 PM – 11 PM)
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Experience in engineering or technical services is a plus
  • ** Freshgrads with good English are welcomed
