Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and skilled HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and Talent Management:

- Conduct interviews and select candidates for open positions

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent

- Manage the hiring process from start to finish

- HR Policies and Procedures:

- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends

- Employee Relations:

- Handle employee grievances and conflicts

- Provide guidance and support to employees and management

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

- Drafting and Communication:

- Create and edit HR documents, including policies, procedures, and contracts

- Develop and deliver presentations and training programs

- Ensure effective communication between employees, management, and stakeholders

- Other Responsibilities:

- Manage employee data and records

- Oversee benefits administration and employee onboarding

- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives

Requirements:

- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role

Skills:

- Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Certifications: SHRM-CP or HRCI certification preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
