Role Description

The HR & Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Lahore District. This is a dual role combining core human resources operations with hands-on marketing support. On the HR side, the role manages day-to-day operations, employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, coordinating recruitment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. On the marketing side, the role strengthens the company's brand and employer image by creating content, managing social media channels, and supporting digital marketing campaigns, events, and recruitment marketing. The position partners with leadership to enhance both workplace culture and the company's external presence.

Required Experience: 1 year

Salary Range: PKR 60,000 – PKR 70,000

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

Manage onboarding/offboarding, HR documentation, and HRIS records.

Coordinate recruitment activities and support day-to-day employee relations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

Marketing

Plan, create, and schedule content across social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).

Support employer branding and recruitment marketing to attract talent and build the company's presence.

Assist with digital marketing campaigns, events, and basic performance reporting.

Qualifications

Working knowledge of HR operations-onboarding, documentation, HRIS usage, and compliance with local labor laws.

Basic understanding of HR policies and employee relations, with the ability to support a positive, inclusive workplace.

Experience in digital marketing and social media management, including content planning and scheduling.

Ability to create engaging content-posts, graphics, and copy using tools such as Canva; awareness of marketing analytics is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience in a technology or software company is a plus.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
