Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in operations to lead and manage all human resources functions while actively supporting day-to-day operational requirements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in workforce planning, compliance, employee relations, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company operations
- Support operational departments with manpower planning and performance management
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company regulations
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Manage staff attendance, leave, contracts, renewals, and terminations
- Coordinate with PRO/admin team for visas, medicals, IDs, and government documentation
- Monitor HR KPIs and support operational productivity improvements
- Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, with proven exposure to operations
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices
- Experience working in operational environments (e.g. services, logistics, facilities, manufacturing, laundry, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Qatar or GCC countries
- Immediate availability is an advantage
- understand 5 languages.
