Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact between management, employees, and external partners.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of facilities.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and induction for new hires.
  • Prepare and issue HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and employee letters.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities—job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and overtime for payroll processing.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of HR operations and office administration.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
