Role Overview

We are seeking a polished and proactive HR & Office Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our flagship client showroom in Downtown Dubai, while managing core HR functions for the Elevate team. This dual-role is central to ensuring both an exceptional first impression for clients and a professional, compliant, and well-supported environment for our growing internal team. The showroom will showcase Elevate's vision through high-end finishes, immersive digital displays, architectural models, and curated hospitality. You will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day experience of this space, managing reception and support staff, maintaining presentation and hospitality standards, and supporting the sales team operationally. Simultaneously, you will manage key HR processes including recordkeeping, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and compliance, helping shape a strong internal culture as Elevate grows.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom & Office Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of Elevate's Downtown Dubai sales showroom.
  • Ensure the space is consistently presented to the highest standard, clean, welcoming, and aligned with brand values.
  • Supervise front-of-house and hospitality staff to deliver a warm, seamless client experience.
  • Manage guest flow, refreshments, and meeting coordination for VIP client presentations.
  • Support the sales and leadership team with general admin, scheduling, and event support as needed.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and building management to maintain showroom operations and upkeep.

HR Management

  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation in line with UAE labor laws.
  • Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Support employee engagement, team events, and internal communications.
  • Track attendance, manage leave calendars, and support payroll inputs where relevant.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for HR-related queries and administrative support.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in office, HR, showroom, or hospitality operations, ideally in a high-end or client-facing environment.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR policies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, presentation, and service standards.
  • Comfortable supervising junior staff and managing a premium client-facing space.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS platforms preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
