Overview:

Looking for an experienced BDM who has worked in projects involving large events, exhibitions stands, signages, mall branding, retail clients, facilities (hotels, buidings), real estate developers and large PR/Marketing agencies . BDM should have good communication skills to coordinate between clients and internal team. Problem-solving skills and networking mindset to be able to work well on projects and hold good client relations. The main responsibility of the BDM is to reach out to new clients, bring in new inquiries, send quotes and confirm jobs. Actual project will be handled by our account managers. BDM should be experienced in finding new leads through different channels such as LinkedIn, Yellow Pages, network, etc.

Expected business to bring in is 100,000 per month in sales. This is the MINIMUM and main responsibility of the BDM. If the candidate cannot bring 100k in monthly sales, they will not be able to continue in this role.

Timings & Salary

Timings: 9 am – 6 pm, Monday to Saturday

Salary: 8-12,000 AED Base salary + Commission 1%

Qualifications

Minimum Education: College or diploma.

Experience: At least 3 years minimum.

Specific skills: Excel, email, PPT, knowledgeable about client management, networking, problem solving, basic production knowledge, retail displays, exhibitions, fixtures, events, signages.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
