Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, conducting interviews, and facilitating selection processes.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
- Maintain and update a pool of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- Onboarding
- Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
- Conduct orientation sessions and provide new hires with necessary resources, tools, and company information.
- Monitor probationary periods and provide feedback to ensure successful assimilation.
- Performance Evaluation
- Implement and maintain performance management systems.
- Support managers and employees in setting performance goals and conducting periodic evaluations.
- Provide training and guidance on effective feedback and performance improvement plans.
- Payroll Administration
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Disciplinary and Judiciary File Management
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and investigations in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
- Maintain and manage records of disciplinary actions and judiciary matters securely and accurately.
- Provide advice to management on employee relations and legal compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in an HR Officer or similar role.
- Knowledge of Qatar labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with integrity.
