We are looking for a HR Officer to provide administrative and coordination support to our HR team. In this role, you will assist in recruitment, employee records management, and HR operations to ensure smooth day-to-day processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, contracts, personal information) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist in HR documentation, including preparing letters, contracts, and reports.
  • Help coordinate training sessions and employee development activities.
  • Support in handling employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws by supporting audits and documentation updates.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with experience in an HR support/coordination role is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, documentation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
