About the Role:

Vision Construction LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our growing team in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Human Resources operations, with a strong understanding of labor laws, recruitment, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Support performance management processes and training initiatives.

Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company regulations.

Coordinate HR-related site activities and ensure proper documentation.

Assist with payroll inputs and HR reporting as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/tools.

Ability to work independently on-site and support a diverse workforce.
