HR Officer

Rawalpindi, Pakistan

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable HR Officer to join our team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in HR practices and have excellent knowledge of labor laws to support compliance and ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration (Mandatory)
  • Master’s in HR / Business Administration (Preferred) – with excellent knowledge of labor laws & regulations

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience (recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance)

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of Pakistan labor laws & regulations
  • Recruitment & onboarding skills
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally
