As HR officer assisting Manager-HR in the following duties/ assignments;

  • Assist in issuance of offer letter & employment contracts of MSP;
  • Assist in processing MSP payroll and maintaining employee records;
  • Assist in handling database and HR software (HCM)
  • Preparation of experience letters
  • Preparation of payroll slips
  • Assist in maintaining personal files and recruitment files
  • Maintain Joiner & leaver record of MSP
  • To make calls for the joining of MSP staff
  • Take the joining of new employees
  • Make sure the completion of the final settlement of employees
  • Maintain the record of probationer employees
  • Keep a record of guarantee Cheque
  • Departmental Communication
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Any other task assigned by the manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
