We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR operations. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to shaping our workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Assist in payroll processing and leave management.
  • Provide support in performance appraisal activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or internship in HR functions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
