Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Raipur
Industry: Refractory / Manufacturing
Reporting To: HR Manager / GM – HR

Job Purpose

To manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR operations, ensuring smooth workforce management and alignment with company policies.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases in ERP/HRMS.
  • Assist in payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
  • Manage employee grievance handling and provide HR support to staff.
  • Coordinate training & development programs and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in manpower planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and company policies.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and disciplinary actions.
  • Liaise with government bodies, consultants, and auditors for HR-related compliance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field (BBA / MBA HR / MSW).
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing / industrial sector.
  • Working knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR software/ERP.
