As an HR Officer at Power Technique Customer Center, you will play a key role in driving employee experience, learning culture, HR operations, and digital transformation for multi brands using Atlas Copco’s “The Way We Do Things”. This role demands a proactive and collaborative HR professional who can manage HR processes/platforms while supporting strategic initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, learning, compliance, and data management.

Employee Experience:
- Partner with line managers to identify current and future staffing needs
- Managing the recruitment lifecycle including initiating job requisitions, posting of jobs internally and externally, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviewing, administering assessments, arranging reference checks and onboarding coordination
- Co-ordinate with Shared Services HR for letters and publish announcements through Atlas Copco News
- Liaise with recruitment agencies for sourcing temporary and contract workers
- Develop external channels and networks to attract and recruit talent
- Monitor feedback from 90-, 180- and 365-day onboarding surveys in Glint and propose and implement strategies to enhance employee experience
- Monitor and analyse recruitment statistics (e.g. Time to Hire) using People Analytics to identify trends and make improvements.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment using company tools, virtual platforms, recruitment agencies and campus hiring channels.
- Support employer branding through social media campaigns, campus engagement, CSR and D&I initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding programs including induction, orientation, and milestone check-ins to ensure smooth integration.
- Provide support to employees on the Internal Job Market.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Learning Culture:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Learning platforms, ensuring all learning initiatives are routed and tracked effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement training modules, curriculums, and assessments.
- Managing and coordinating the annual learning calendar to ensure the seamless rollout of development initiatives, allowing for timely engagement and maximum impact.
- Support local learning initiatives and coordinate with external training vendors.
- Create working modules for training needs analysis, mapping competence gaps, and linking it to training plans
- Leading the analytical efforts around learning data, utilizing learning management system (LMS) insights to inform strategy and measure program effectiveness.
- Linking various platforms to maintain smooth data flow and information management
- Maintain accurate training databases.
Administration:
- Maintain and manage employee master data, HRIS records, attendance and leave tracking.
- Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Oversee HR administration including insurance, company asset allocation & management, relocations, and internal job movements (IJMs).
- Ensure data integrity across manual and digital HRIS modules.
HR Projects:
- Support and execute HR projects based on evolving business needs, contributing to process automation and system improvements.
