Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and on boarding to performance management and training.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve any concerns.
  • Support employee engagement and development initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
