HR Officer

About the Role:
Mughalia Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment and contributing to HR development initiatives that support our organizational growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support in designing and executing employee development and training programs.
• Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment and HR development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software will be an advantage.
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and a team player.
