Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to manage recruitment activities, conduct branch visits, and support HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hiring and talent acquisition, along with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Conduct regular branch visits for HR coordination and employee engagement
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Coordinate training, performance tracking, and staff support
• Work closely with management to meet staffing requirements

Requirements:

• Education: MBA (HR preferred) or Degree
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR and recruitment is mandatory
• Strong knowledge in recruitment and manpower planning
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• Male candidates only
• Candidates from nearby Anthikad or surrounding areas preferred
