Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated HR Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and supporting a wide range of human resource functions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management:
  • Process and manage the company’s payroll system accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including salaries, benefits, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements.
  • Employee Records and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support audits and internal controls related to payroll and employee data.
  • HR Operations:
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Address employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and other HR policies.
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
  • Employee attendance monitoring and HR letters management.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Generate HR reports and metrics to support management decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within payroll and HR operations.
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll management and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • 1-2 years of HR experience in Qatar.
