Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management:
- Process and manage the company’s payroll system accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including salaries, benefits, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements.
- Employee Records and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, attendance, and leave management.
- Support audits and internal controls related to payroll and employee data.
- HR Operations:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Address employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and other HR policies.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
- Employee attendance monitoring and HR letters management.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Generate HR reports and metrics to support management decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within payroll and HR operations.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payroll management and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- 1-2 years of HR experience in Qatar.
