Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Officer to manage recruitment and HR operations. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Support employee relations and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience in HR .
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
