Role Objective

The HR Officer will be responsible for leading recruitment, employee engagement, performance systems, and HR compliance, ensuring the company builds a high-performing and motivated workforce. The candidate must believe HR is the core function driving company success by hiring the right talent at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Staffing

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for UAE and India operations
  • Source, screen, and hire qualified candidates efficiently and within deadlines
  • Maintain manpower planning aligned with business expansion (Business Setup & Engineering)
  • Work closely with department heads to assess hiring needs

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records, onboarding, contracts, and documentation
  • Ensure UAE Labor Law and India Labor Law compliance depending on work location
  • Handle visa and onboarding processes with internal PRO team (for UAE roles)

Performance & Culture Development

  • Implement performance management systems & KPIs
  • Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate employee development programs
  • Support employee welfare, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
  • Build a strong culture of teamwork, accountability, and productivity

Policies, Strategy & HR Systems

  • Develop HR policies, SOPs, processes, and organization structure
  • Ensure HR planning supports long-term business goals
  • Implement HR digital systems for tracking hiring, attendance, leave, appraisals
  • Support management in HR budgeting and workforce cost control

Engagement & Retention

  • Organize employee initiatives to improve morale and retention
  • Support reward and recognition frameworks

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in HR Operations & Recruitment (UAE experience preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s in HR/Business Administration is an advantage
  • Strong practical knowledge of recruitment, especially engineering and corporate roles
  • High sense of responsibility, integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills (English mandatory)
  • Should be energetic, proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Strong belief that HR is a strategic driver of business success

Work Options

The candidate can choose one of the following work locations:

  • Abu Dhabi — Inhouse Office (HQ)
  • India — Kochi Infopark Remote Office

Hybrid option may be considered based on performance.
